To support transition to the new system, the Federal Government has announced a one-off transition payment to child care service providers.

This one-off transition payment is designed to help with the move to the new CCMS. The payment is a contribution to the costs that services may incur as part of the introduction of the changes, such as:

  • a computer
  • CCMS-registered software
  • Internet connection

Up front costs for this package are half* the one-off transition payment paid to eligible providers from the government—so not only are NumeroPro transition fees covered, but there are funds remaining to put towards other transition expenses.
